You'll receive a written treatment plan with an itemized estimate showing the treatment fees, your estimated insurance contribution and your estimated share of the cost.
If it's not covered we'll always let you know the fee before doing anything.
Have insurance?
Let's start with your plan.
Many of our patients have PPO plans from Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, Cigna or Guardian, to name a few. Don't see your PPO plan listed? There's a good chance we're in-network with it too. Call our office so we can confirm your specific plan and explain your benefits before treatment.
Text photos of your insurance card to the office where you plan to receive care. Before your visit, our team checks your eligibility, available benefits and whether your plan applies at that office.

PPO: More choice of dentists; many plans include out-of-network benefits, though your share of the cost may differ.
HMO: Network dentists, often a designated primary dentist; specialist care may need a referral.

A clearer estimate
for major treatment.
For major procedures, we can submit your proposed treatment plan to your insurance company for review before treatment begins - a pre-authorization or predetermination of benefits, depending on your plan. The insurer's response helps us give you a more accurate estimate of what your plan may cover and what you may need to pay.
This review is not a guarantee of payment; we'll explain the response and review the estimated costs with you before you move forward.

What if I don't have insurance?
You're welcome to book directly with either office and pay for your care yourself. We'll explain your treatment plan and estimated costs before treatment starts. You can also ask about financing through CareCredit.
