This website does not collect patient information
You can read about our offices, hours and services without giving us anything. The site has no forms, no accounts and no message boxes. Please do not send health details or other personal information through this website.
How to share information with us

- Online booking happens on other services. Each office's "Book online" button opens our online scheduler. What you enter there is handled under that service's own privacy policy, so please read it before you submit anything.
The "Ask Pore Dental" chat
The chat button on this site is an automated assistant that answers general questions about our offices, hours and services. It is not for medical advice, and it cannot see your patient record. Please do not type your name, phone number, date of birth, symptoms or any other personal or health details into it. For anything personal, contact your office directly. The chat provider may keep conversation text and basic technical details such as your IP address so we can review and improve the answers.
Cookies and tracking
We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to this site. Our chat provider and the web fonts we load may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when a page loads. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps, Google reviews and our booking services, follow those sites' own policies.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Your patient records
Information you give us as a patient at the office, by phone or by text is handled by the office under the rules that apply to dental practices. That is separate from this website.
